Am I Nima Prophetic Words: What Players Found

Short answer: In the Am I Nima demo, the only prophetic word players report finding is Obsession. The Steam Community thread “[SPOILERS] Prophetic words” is the clearest player discussion of this, and as of 2026-10-18 it contains no player-reported prophetic word besides Obsession. Treat that as a demo-era finding, not a complete list for every build.
What the player thread says
The thread was started on 24 June 2025 by a player asking for help collecting all the prophetic words in the demo. They had found Obsession and wanted to know whether more existed. A reply on 26 June 2025 said the responder thought Obsession was the only one “right now.” No one in that discussion posted a second prophetic word.
So if you have already found Obsession, you are probably not missing an obvious second prophetic word that the community had documented in that thread. The thread is spoiler-tagged, so read it with that in mind: “[SPOILERS] Prophetic words” on the Am I Nima Steam Community hub.
How the demo’s word system fits in
The word system in the demo is broader than the prophetic-word label. A March 2025 let’s-play post on Creeping for Scale Models describes starting with two words, Nima and Stranger, then unlocking more by clicking objects. Words can be combined to unlock new ones and to open different dialogue options.
The same post names corpse, parasite, hubris, god and autopsy as words unlocked in the demo, but it does not label those as prophetic words. They are examples of the demo’s general word collection, not a confirmed prophetic-word list: “Let’s play: Am I Nima? (Demo)”.
If your run keeps ending on day 2
The same Steam thread also asks how to avoid dying on day 2. One reply suggests staying inside the script mom has set; another says the demo always ends in death at that point. Those are player reports from June 2025, not a confirmed survival route. If your demo run ends in death after the argument, that is not by itself evidence that you missed a prophetic word.
